As a privately owned company we have no budget restrictions on what is needed to ensure that all of our staff receive the best and most comprehensive training available.

Each of our support workers completes a mandatory induction programme and mandatory knowledge and skills training.

Additional specialist training is provided to all who need to meet specific client needs.

Regular monitoring, feedback and appraisal help to maintain and raise standards.

We shall have a number of vacancies from our Plymouth Office, for Carers and Support Workers. Opportunities in other parts of the region will become available in time.
